Our spacious Townhouse on the Costa Blanca is set in a beautiful location in the popular village of Gran Alacant in a complex of Townhouses called Altomar I. Our house comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms. We offer full use of all the rooms and facilities to all families be it a party of 2, 4 or 6. Set on 2 levels with a further rooftop solarium giving undisturbed views across Costa Blanca. |

lounge area consists of two sofa’s, TV, Video & Satellite. For
your entertainment we have a CD player together with a small selection
of Video’s & CD’s. The large ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils. For your convience,e we have a Microwave, Washing Machine, Large fridge freezer, Oven & Hob. A shower & toilet room is also located on the ground floor. A seperate drying area is located ajacent to the kitchen. The complete townhouse is laid with marble & tiles to keep the house cool & fresh all year around. |

The Master Bedroom, consists of a Double Bed with an ensuite Bathroom. A small Balcony is accessed via the patio doors. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms both have two single beds in each. A separate bathroom/shower room is also located on this level. |

| Our Pool & Gardens | ||

We
have two pools located within a few metres from our house. The fantastic
views and setting of the pool and gardens are so unique on the Costa Blanca
that it was shown on a UK television programme to highlight this fact.
A special feature is circular tubs each with its own waterfall to create
an ambient effect. |
