non-refundable deposit of £100 per week must accompany the booking
form and the balance of payment is due six weeks prior to departure.
A
Refundable £100 key/damage deposit is required when paying the Final
balance.
This
is fully refunded on return of the keys to the management company &
no damage is caused or abnormal cleaning required.
The
apartment will be available from 2 pm on arrival and must be vacated by
10 am. Any variations to these times may be available, depending on other
clients schedules.
The
apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival, full bed linen, bath &
kitchen towels are provided.
